Quality Assurance system
Being in mind that quality standards predetermine enterprise's surviving, WAHONG has set up a standard QC system by Quality Manual, Process Documentation, Operational Guidebook (included Management, Technology, Equipment, Product.), QC Record these four documents based on rules of ISO9001 ， 2000 version. Upon recruitment, each worker will be given 7 days comprehensive training to ensure all of him or her can work independently in the factory, in the training, workers must show their competency in their area of work and approval the test. Meanwhile,the QA system examines any step from designing; molding, injecting, material and production, corrected every procedure constantly to make it perfect, to ensure our products are qualified. R equirements of customers are reflected from our quality assurance system and the implementation of quality assurance system is objected to customers' satisfaction.
CUSTOMER QUALITY ASSURANCE
• Design and develop products according to customer's requirements and expectations;
• Reach an accord with customer for the product's spec and quality standards;
- Supply assembly factories with skilled and quality support, spot examinations and verifications, consider improvement suggestions.
PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE
• The production department makes all checks to the products according to customer's specifications;
• Quality assurance department makes random checks according to the quality association guidelines;
Test product adaptability and procedural risks. Process/item quality assurance
• Established and carry out process and item quality assurance system according to ISO/TS16949
• In the process of developing and manufacturing items, use the following quality management

* FMEA
* MSA
* DOE
* SPC
* TPM
* TOLERRANCE ANALYSIS
• Maintain self-critique regime for sustained improvement through CPK.
Supplier quality assurance
• Convey material quality requirements for prime material to the suppliers and reach quality concord.
• Make spot checks and verifications regularly to main suppliers of material, to improve suppliers' quality management.
Pay attention to the results that suppliers' measure for improving quality.
